Our camp site is set in an adjacent field to the Festival site ensuring a great atmosphere throughout the Festival weekend. This is the first time we are offering camping, tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. BOOK YOUR TICKETS HERE in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please read our Terms and Conditions as they contain some important rules that you should know before you come. Our family-friendly values begin on the campsite.
The campsite will open at 2pm on Friday 26 May 2017. Please don’t arrive any earlier as the site will not be ready and we will have to turn you away.
Wristbands for campers and Weekenders will be available from 2pm-8pm at the Main Gate. Remaining wristbands can be picked up from 9am on Saturday 27 May 2017 at the Main Gate.
The Tent Field is vehicle-free so you will need to carry your tents etc. from the adjacent Car Park. Assistance can be given by prior arrangement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Campervans and caravans by prior agreement will be allocated a pitch (with no electric hook up) on arrival in the main car park area. Please note all campervans and caravans are expected to use their own facilities and take all rubbish away. There will not be water/portaloos/waste water facilities available.
Our stewards’ aim is for the campsite to run safely and smoothly for everyone, so please help them to do their job. Leave access lanes clear and be considerate when using the available space. If you take up too much room you may be asked to move to accommodate later arrivals.
There will be portable and an accessible toilet on the campsite. Please report any problems to the Campsite Reception or any Steward. There are drinking water points on the campsite, but we recommend that you bring supplies of bottled drinking water with you for convenience.
Please use the bins provided. The site is a busy rugby club and litter and waste pose a hazard to both adults and children who practice on the field. Be particularly careful to collect all tent pegs when you leave.
There is an accessible shower on the main Festival Site located next to the main Clubhouse building.
There is lighting around the toilets, but bring a torch so you can get there!
